Our Key Personnel:


Mr. Robert “Lynn” White, Chief Executive Officer, is a registered tribal member of the Choctaw Native American Tribe (Federally Recognized) in Heavener, Oklahoma. Mr. White, Ohopaki’s owner brings extensive business and financial management experience serving for 5 years as Executive Vice President of a successful firm and 12 years experience in Construction Project Management.

Mr. Mark Meier, President and Chief Financial Officer, encompasses a wide variety of Engineering and Construction experience. His extensive 20 years of experience pertains to Government Contracting/Procurement, Financial Programming, Estimating and Construction Services. In addition, possesses Senior Level experience in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Quality Control Management, Building Inspection, Building Construction, AutoCAD and a diversity of Construction Administration Management knowledge.

Mr. Paul Macip, Vice President – Business Development, is an experience technical professional with over 18 years experience.  Mr. Macip managed various projects for such agencies such as the USACE, VA, FEMA, USDA –NRCS, NASA, State of Louisiana, and various parishes within Louisiana. Mr. Macip received a BS in Environmental Engineering and BS in Environmental Management from Louisiana State University.

Robert Downs, Director of Project Management, is a licensed certified general contractor in the state of Florida. He brings over 20 years experience in various positions with construction companies including 18 years as Owner/President/Project Manager/Permitting Officer/Treasurer of Design Build firm located in Florida.  Prior to this, Mr. Downs retired from the United States Air Force as Colonel with 30 years of service.  While in the Air Force, Mr. Downs served in many capacities including Base Commander at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico.  Mr. Downs received his BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Georgia.
